QES have established a strong relationship with Holiday Home Management providing a range of plumbing and heating services including gas safety inspections and servicing, water hygiene inspections and around-the-clock plumbing and heating reactive and planned maintenance services.

• Tregenna Castle

  Tregenna Castle is one of Cornwall’s gems – an 81 bedroom hotel with 70 self catering lodges on a 72 acre estate with a golf course and leisure centre, all overlooking St Ives Bay. QES have provided Tregenna Castle with a legionella risk assessment and implemented an annual water hygiene management scheme to meet the requirements of the HSE’s ACOP L8, including microbiological sampling from their spa and swimming pools. Tregenna’s management team were so impressed with our quality of service that we have now carried out gas safety inspection for their self catering lodges and assisted them with general plumbing and heating maintenance across the estate.
